- Drink more water. I drink waaay too much juice. I could never give it up completely, especially in the mornings, but I definitely need to drink more water. I dislike the taste of plain water, so I'll buy some lemons to put in it.
- Go to the gym at least three times a week, plus ice skating on Sundays (free at the campus arena!). I'd like to tone up a bit!
- Spend less money on eating out.
- Space school work out by doing a little bit every day.
- Eat better and cook bigger meals on the weekends so I don't have to cook so much during the week.
Hmm...that's all I can think of for now!
Happy New Year to you!
ReplyDeleteLes fameuses résolutions à tenir!!!
I'm hoping to work out more too! But I can't afford a gym membership and it is super hard to get home to run before it gets dark! But I shall try harder now! Thats really cool you can ice skate for free! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI just saw your comment. I wanted to check you out. I hope your 2011 is even better than 2010 =) I plan to work out my entire pregnancy. Safely of course, and also make more meals at home. REAL, home cooked meals, not those frozen "entrees" lol.
ReplyDeleteMerci! Bonne année a toi aussi! Is that right?
ReplyDeleteNikki, the gym at my university in Quebec is free for students, so I really have no excuse!
And good for you for keeping fit throughout your pregnency : ) I'm sure that'll help out a lot with keeping your energy levels up! I need to eat less of those frozen foods for sure. It's too easy when you're tired from being in class all day and ugh...thinking :P
